Vacancies

Host / Hostess – Hospitality (24–32–40 hours)

As a host or hostess, you are the welcoming face of our restaurant and event spaces. You greet guests with a warm smile and make sure they feel at home right away. You answer questions, handle reservations, and coordinate with the service team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the visit, you stay attentive to guest needs and help create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie you are responsible for preparing and presenting dishes within your assigned section. You work closely with the kitchen team and ensure that quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained at a high standard. During busy periods, you stay organized, keep an overview, and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. With your passion for cooking and attention to detail, you provide our guests with a memorable culinary experience.

Service staff / dishwasher / Kitchen assistant (On-call)

At Quatre Bras, everything revolves around refinement, hospitality, and a unique culinary experience. As part of our Q-Qteam, you’ll help provide every guest with a special experience, whether it’s an intimate dinner, a lively gathering, or a formal business event. We’re looking for enthusiastic on-call staff for service, dishwashing, and kitchen assistance who share our passion for service and hospitality.
